Explicitly confirm your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Un accusé de réception reprenant le contenu, la date et l’heure de votre déclaration vous sera envoyé par e-mail.
An acknowledgement containing the content, date and time of your declaration will be sent to you by email.

L’envoi du formulaire confirme la réception de votre déclaration. Il ne préjuge pas de son éligibilité au droit de rétractation. FirstlyMusic vérifiera notamment le délai applicable et si le produit a été confectionné selon vos spécifications ou nettement personnalisé.

Submitting the form confirms receipt of your declaration. It does not determine whether the purchase is eligible for withdrawal. FirstlyMusic will verify the applicable period and whether the product was made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

For eligible products, the withdrawal request must generally be submitted within 14 days from the day following receipt of the product.

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

After notifying FirstlyMusic of the withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days.

Après avoir notifié sa rétractation à FirstlyMusic, le client doit retourner le produit dans un délai de 14 jours.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

Les frais directs de retour du produit sont à la charge du client.
The customer may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

The refund may be deferred until FirstlyMusic receives the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.
