FirstlyMusic light-up pickguards are developed and prepared in small quantities. Their price reflects the specialised engineering, high-grade components and high-brightness LEDs, locally anchored production and individual preparation behind each product.
Small-series production
Prepared for each order
FirstlyMusic is a French microbusiness. Each pickguard cover is produced, assembled with its electronic board, programmed and tested before dispatch.
France and Europe
Local sourcing whenever possible
The printed covers are designed and produced locally, the electronic boards are assembled in Europe, and priority is given to suppliers in Brittany, France and the Eurozone whenever possible.

More than LEDs on a pickguard
Combining 36 high-brightness RGB LEDs, a rechargeable battery and responsive lighting modes in a very thin assembly requires dedicated hardware and software. Dedicated hardware and software were developed to limit electromagnetic emissions near sensitive guitar pickups while balancing brightness, responsiveness and battery life.
Practical information
Charging
Recharge through USB-C. Charging time depends on the cable and USB power source. Disconnect the charging cable before playing.
Use and care
Designed for indoor and dry use. Do not expose the pickguard to rain, water or condensation, and do not use solvents for cleaning.

Getting the best visual and audio results
Light-up pickguards provide their strongest visual impact indoors and under controlled lighting. Direct sunlight or an overly powerful spotlight aimed at the guitar will naturally reduce the apparent brightness and contrast of the LEDs.
For the best balance, adjust the pickguard brightness and the position of nearby stage lighting.
If this occurs, reduce Sound sensitivity and/or brightness, select another lighting effect, move farther from the loudspeakers, or use Movement mode instead of Sound mode.
