Free tracked shipping from €100
Tracked shipping is charged below €100. The available home, signature or pickup-point options depend on the delivery address.
Norway
Paid tracked shipping
Shipping with signature applies regardless of the order value. Import duties and taxes may be charged to the recipient.
United States
Duties and taxes included
Tracked DDP shipping is offered. Customs duties and import taxes are included in the amount displayed at checkout.
The exact shipping method and cost are always displayed before payment. They are calculated automatically according to the destination, parcel weight and order value.
For other available destinations, checkout indicates the applicable method and whether import duties and taxes are included. If your country is not listed, contact FirstlyMusic and we will check whether a suitable shipping solution can be arranged.
Tracking and delivery
Orders are normally shipped with Colissimo, the tracked parcel service operated by La Poste, the French postal service. The exact service available for your address is displayed at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, its number is provided after dispatch. Use the order-tracking page to follow the parcel.
Delivery times
Carrier delivery times are estimates. They may vary because of customs procedures, busy periods or events outside FirstlyMusic’s control.
Check the address
Please verify the recipient’s name, address, city, postcode and country before payment. An address change cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been prepared or handed to the carrier.
Damaged parcel
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, make a written reservation with the carrier whenever possible. Then contact FirstlyMusic with the order number and photographs of the parcel, label and product.
Returns
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has fourteen days from receipt of the product to notify FirstlyMusic. After notification, the product must be returned within fourteen days.
The direct return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product supplied is defective, damaged or incorrect. Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

La livraison avec signature reste payante. Des droits et taxes d’importation peuvent être réclamés au destinataire.

Droits et taxes inclus
La livraison suivie en DDP inclut les droits de douane et taxes d’importation dans le montant affiché.
Pour les autres destinations proposées, la commande indique la méthode applicable et précise si les droits et taxes sont inclus. Si votre pays n’apparaît pas, contactez FirstlyMusic afin que nous vérifiions si une solution d’expédition adaptée peut être mise en place.
Suivi et livraison
Les commandes sont normalement expédiées avec Colissimo, le service de colis suivis de La Poste française. Le service exact disponible pour votre adresse est affiché lors de la validation de la commande.
Lorsqu’un suivi est disponible, son numéro est communiqué après l’expédition. Les délais du transporteur sont indicatifs. Vérifiez soigneusement le nom, l’adresse, la ville, le code postal et le pays avant le paiement. Il peut être impossible de modifier une adresse après la remise du colis au transporteur.
Retours
Lorsque le droit légal de rétractation s’applique, le consommateur dispose de quatorze jours après réception pour informer FirstlyMusic, puis de quatorze jours pour retourner le produit.
Les frais directs de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf si le produit fourni est défectueux, endommagé ou incorrect. Les produits confectionnés selon les spécifications du client ou nettement personnalisés peuvent être exclus du droit de rétractation.
